1. How much does shipping cost?

2. What method of payment do you accept?
We accept payment through PayPal which allows you to use Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover charge cards, debit cards with a Visa or Mastercard logo, and of course your paypal account.

3. How do I place my order?
Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at www.solokids.ca. On-line ordering is fast and convenient; click from any product page on the Solo Kids web site and then follow the subsequent instructions. All prices listed on this website are in Canadian dollars.

Once an order is completed successfully, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with your order information. Your Order Confirmation is a written record of your order, consider it a receipt and print out a copy and retain for your records. If you have completed an order, but did not receive an e-mail confirmation, please contact admin@solokids.ca.

4. How do I make a payment?
Click on near the product(s) you want to purchase. These items are then added to your cart, and you can choose to continue shopping with us OR you can checkout using the Paypal system. If you have any difficulty, please contact us at admin@solokids.ca If you would rather pay via personal cheque, or money order, please contact us so we can give you further instructions. Payment is expected within 14 days. If payment is not received, the items you selected will be resubmitted for others to purchase.

5. When will my order be shipped?
Once payment is cleared, you can expect your package to be shipped within 48 hours. We take pride in our quick shipping practices and strive to make our customers happy.
Shipping charges will be added at checkout. We offer flat-fee shipping based on the total of your order. The shipping charges are designed for shipping within Canada and the United States. If you live in another country, please contact us for shipping rates.

6. Can I return my order?
Solokids.ca wants you to be 100% delighted with your merchandise. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

To qualify for a refund, all shoes must be returned in their original (un-worn) condition, including the original packaging, documentation, and accessories.

To return items, a written request must be submitted to returns@solokids.ca in order to obtain a return merchandise authorization. For this authorization, please include the following information:

Billing Name
Billing Address
Daytime Phone Number
Product Name & Size
Reason for Return


The item must be received within 10 days of receiving authorization -- otherwise, this refund may be refused.

Solokids.ca does reserve the right to refuse returned merchandise if said merchandise is not received in original condition. Upon receipt of your approved return, we will either issue a full refund for the purchase price (excluding shipping charges) or we will provide you with a store credit.

All shipping costs must be made by the customer and cannot be refunded unless solokids.ca has made a mistake with the order.

Any damaged or defective merchandise must be reported to admin@solokids.ca within 48 hours of receipt of the order.
